Department of Life Sciences
The department of Life Sciences has multidisciplinary teaching and research with diverse disciplines of Botany, Chemistry, Zoology, Microbiology and Biotechnology. This is one of the oldest departments since its inception from 2009 commencing with undergraduate program BSc (BtMC). The department is growing leaps and bounds and introduced BZC and MZC in 2017 and 2022 respectively.
The Department has 6 faculty members with 2 Doctorates and also having CSIR-UGC NET & SET Qualifications and 3 faculty members are pursuing their PhD in their respective subjects.
