On the occasion of international Yoga day on 21 st free session on Brahamakumari relaxation and maeditation was held at landscape Garden, O.U. International Yoga day was organised by NSS cell Osmania University. The chief guest for the program was Prof.Ramachandram, vice chancellor of Osmania University. The programme was started at 9:30AM Prof.Ramachandram and motivated students whoever participated in the program and also explained how to control breath and he taught many Hasanas which are useful to improve concentration, focus and controls the stress level. The program was successfully completed at 12:00PM.All NSS volunteers at our college actively participated in the program. The program was grand success.
